Terms of Service

Effective 15 September 2026 · NateAnalytics Solutions Incorporated, operating as ColdGuard Pro

These terms govern use of the ColdGuard Pro portal and mobile app. The commercial terms of the monitoring service — equipment, pricing, liability and data ownership — are set out in the service agreement between ColdGuard Pro and your business; where the two differ, the service agreement prevails.

1. Your account

Accounts are created by your business's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for actions taken under your sign-in. Tell your administrator promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

2. What the service is, and is not

ColdGuard Pro monitors and records temperatures and sends alerts. It supports — and does not replace — your business's own inspection, food-safety, quality and regulatory obligations. Alerts depend on cellular networks, power, and third-party messaging services outside our control and may be delayed or fail to arrive; the service is not a guarantee that any alert will be received or acted on. ColdGuard Pro gives no opinion on the condition of refrigeration equipment and no determination of whether stored product remains suitable for use.

3. Acceptable use

Use the portal and app only for your business's monitoring. Do not attempt to access other businesses' data, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer the software.

4. Records you create

Acknowledgements and corrective actions you record become part of your business's compliance record, attributed to you by name and time. Record them accurately.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the software and these terms; material changes will be communicated to account administrators. Your access ends when your administrator removes it or when your business's service agreement ends.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
